Finance & Legal: Board Chair is the Sec/Treas. Meets on a regular
monthly basis with members of the staff to review fiscal matters that
impact the Association. Proposes fiscal policy to the Board of
Directors. Reviews all contracts, proxy formats and insurance
policies. Advises Board as to compliance with Articles of
Incorporation, CC&Rs and Bylaws.
Landscape: Meets regularly with the landscape contractor to review
conditions of the grounds. Proposes grounds and maintenance policy to the
Board of Directors. Solicits and evaluates landscape contractor bids
and makes recommendations to the Board.
Pool: Includes the pool and pool equipment, bath house and play
area. Meets with staff monthly October through April and weekly when
the pool is open. Proposes pool policy and expenditures to the Board.
Tennis: Meets monthly with Tennis Advisory Committee.
Proposes tennis policy, special court use and expenditures to the Board.
Clubhouse: Includes clubhouse and parking lot. Meets
monthly with user groups. Proposes facilities use policy and
expenditures to Board of Directors.
Architectural Control: Reviews front appearance of homes and
reports on conditions in need of attention. Sends letters to
homeowners.
