Know Your CC&Rs Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and Power of Attorney
When you buy your house in Greenbrook, the title company handling your escrow must give you a copy of the CC&Rs. It is important that every homeowner be aware of the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions
which affect his/her property. Your Association is run strictly in accordance with the CC&Rs and reading them will give you a better understanding of the Association. Our Architectural Control Committee
reminds all residents of the covenants and restrictions regarding any alterations, repairs or additions to residences. No owner shall make structural alterations, repairs or additions which would substantially alter the
exterior appearance thereof without the prior written approval of the plans and specifications by the committee. All plans are to be submitted to the Association Homeowners' Liaison at the office. |
