The Board of Directors reserves the right to check up on the use of the facility and determine if the rental is in accordance with the rental agreement; i.e. the number of guests in attendance.

If the number of attendants is in excess of 50 persons and alcohol is served, if the number of attendants is in excess of 70 persons, if the event is a wedding reception, if the event is an anniversary party and the number of attendants is in excess of 50 persons, if there is less than 1 adult to every 6 teenagers at a teenage party with less than 50 persons or if there is less than 1 adult to every 4 children at a children’s party with less than 50 persons, then security will be required. See the Security Guard Policy. Any exceptions must be approved by the Board of Directors.

The cost for security services is $26.00 per hour. A four hour minimum is required. The guard must be in attendance from the time the guests arrive until the time the hosts leave.

10. The rental requested is in accordance with the terms of the Clubhouse Rental Policy and Fee Schedule, a copy of which has been provided to me and to which I agree. Any disregard of the Rental Policy, on my part, will result in the need for Board approval if I wish to rent the Clubhouse at a future date, or inability to rent the Clubhouse depending on the severity of misuse or damage.
