Security Guard Policy

     
1. Adult parties with the number of attendants in excess of 50 persons must have a security guard, with the exception of those functions which do not serve any alcoholic beverages.  In this case, a security guard must be present if the number of attendants is in excess of 70 persons.
 
2. All wedding receptions require a security guard.  Anniversary parties do not require a security guard unless the number of attendants is in excess of 50 persons. 

3. Teenage parties with less than 50 persons do not require a security guard if there are adults in attendance at a ratio of 1 adult to every 6 teenagers.  Adults must be over 21 years of age.

4. Children’s parties (age 12 and under) with less than 50 persons do not require a security guard if there are adults in attendance at a ration of 1 adult to every 4 children.
