Any exceptions must be approved by the Board of Directors at a regularly scheduled meeting prior to the date of the rental.

7. Reservations made within 30 days of the reserved date shall be accompanied by full payment of the rental fee and security deposit in advance. The renter is expected to take out of the building everything he/she brought in. All garbage must be placed in the dumpster outside and cans relined. Scatterings of trash, bottles, etc. on the grounds around the Clubhouse will be considered as damage. The room must be broom swept and all garbage picked up. Spills are to be wiped up the same evening from counters or floors. Please check the bathrooms prior to leaving to ensure that paper waste is not strewn about and that toilets are flushed. The cleaner will mop the floors and clean the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

14. Renters may use the fireplace, however, all fires must burn out by the end of the rental period. Water may not be used to extinguish fireplace fires.
