Association Meeting Schedule
Meetings of the Board of Directors are held at 7:00 pm on the third
Wednesday of each month in the clubhouse. All Association members are
invited to attend. If any member wishes to be placed on the agenda,
contact the office no later than the Wednesday preceding the meeting.
The annual meeting is held on the first Monday in March, each year at 8:00
pm in the Clubhouse.
Association Newsletter
The Greenbrook
Gazette is mailed to the home of each Association member at the
beginning of
every other month. Gazette published January, March, May, July, September, & November. The purpose of the newsletter is to keep
the membership informed on Board actions, Association activities and
various news items which might be of interest to our residents.
Residents may list part time services in the ad section as well as items
for sale or homes for rent. If you wish to communicate an opinion or
idea to fellow members, you may submit a written article, no longer than
1/2 a typed page for approval by the Board member assigned to resident
relations.
Dues Schedule
Association dues of $768, are billed annually, due 1/1, late after 2/25.
Responsibilities of Membership
All Association members should be aware of the Covenants,
Conditions and Restrictions (CC&Rs), one of three governing documents
for the Association. The Association is run strictly in accordance
with these specifications. It is also important that all Rules for Common Facilities are understood
by all members of the family. The enjoyment of the facilities
by all members depends upon the consideration and cooperation of each
member.
