General Rules 1.
- The following acts are prohibited.
a. Willful destruction or defacement of any Association property.
b.
Entrance into the clubhouse except during periods when the Homeowners' Liaison or his designated representative is present or during activities authorized by the Board of Directors or when authorized by the Homeowners' Liaison.
c. Entrance into any fenced area by other than the gates or doors provided. Climbing over fences is prohibited.
d. Use of obscene language or gestures.
e.
Throwing of rocks or other missiles constituting a safety hazard or nuisance.
f. Littering of parks or grounds.
g. Use of motor-driven vehicles in the parks, including paths.
h.
Use of grassy areas or parks during rainy weather or following watering when such use will cause damage.
i. Entering the clubhouse in wet bathing suits.
j.
Conduct constituting a hazard to persons or property.
k. Riding, driving, picketing or other use of horses in the parks or on clubhouse grounds.
2. - Parents are responsible for their children at all times. Small children must be supervised when playing in the clubhouse area. Association employees are not responsible for caring for them.
3.
-.Bicycles, skate boards, roller skates or other wheeled vehicles (excepting baby strollers and wheelchairs) are not allowed within the locked gate area (tennis courts, playground, pool area 4. Planting of trees, bushes, shrubs, flowers or any other plant on Association property is prohibited unless prior consent of the Board is obtained. |
