All Greenbrook Homes Assn. Owners,

 

Pool Issue: 

This past Friday (5/2) around 5:30 pm, there were individuals who gained unauthorized access to the pool area. See attached photos of these individuals.

 

 

We have filed a police report and provided them with extensive video footage of this event. The Association is assisting law enforcement with this damage to the common area (pool deck and water line tiles), and these individuals are thought to have potential information that can aid the investigation. The Association is seeking input from anyone who may know who they are.

 

We are requesting that, if you or your family recognizes anyone of the individuals in the attached photos, please contact Officer Hart of DPD (925)314-3738 or contact Shanna in the GHA office (925)837-3024 or office@greenbrookhomes.com.

 

We hope this won’t impact the 5/31 pool opening, but we will update you within the next week.
