Greenbrook Homes Association is one of Danville’s finest family communities.  This beautifully planned community, located in the heart of the quiet San Ramon Valley, was developed by Carriage Homes, Inc. in 1965.  It has grown and matured to provide its residents with the finest quality of living.  The Association consists of 784 homes and townhomes situated on 206 acres of mature landscaping, including 24 acres of parks, creeks, and walking paths.  It boasts a million-dollar recreation area, which serves as a central meeting place for an active community hosting a variety of clubs, groups, and social events.  Award-winning Greenbrook Elementary and Charlotte Wood Middle Schools are an easy walk for most of their children down their private greenbelts through park settings.  Convenient shopping and downtown Danville are just minutes away by foot or bicycle on the Iron Horse Trail.

Greenbrook is active in many ways, including activities for children, parents, and families.  The recreation area is located in the center of the community and includes a large clubhouse, four lighted tennis courts, a community-sized swimming pool, a wading pool, a children’s play area, a shuffleboard, and a volleyball court.  Tennis is a common interest in the community, which supports several internal teams and events at both recreational and competitive levels.  The Association is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by a management company.

We are truly fortunate to live in such a wonderful place.
