About Greenbrook Homes Association

Greenbrook Homes was developed in 1965 by Carriage Homes, Inc. and Kaufman and Broad Company (now known as Kay Homes). The Townhomes were developed by the Lawrence Kay Development Company. In total, Greenbrook has 784 homes across 206 acres of land! 

 

Greenbrook Members enjoy a beautiful 24.3 acres of parks, pathways, and lush landscaping; along with a bountiful recreational area!

 

Easily accessible, the recreational area is located at 300 Greenbrook Drive and includes four (4) lighted tennis courts, two (2) sparkling pools (1 very large and 1 tot-pool), and a children's play area. The pool courtyard features a volleyball court, bar-b-ques, picnic tables, and large grassy knolls to relax on. 

 

Residents of Greenbrook are able to rent our generously sized Clubhouse for celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, club meetings and more! The Clubhouse features floor to ceiling windows, a full kitchen, cozy furnishings, and a fireplace.
