Annual Dues
The Association depends upon dues paid by the members for its income. These are billed annually, due on the first day of January and payable by February 25. The current year's dues are set at $1,645.00 (effective 1/1/2026).
Failure to pay dues on time can result in the filing of a lien against the property of the delinquent member.

Governing Documents
CC&Rs - The CC&Rs describe the rights and obligations of the membership to the Association and the Association to the membership. This includes maintenance responsibilities and restrictions on the use of property.
 
Bylaws - The By-Laws establish policies and procedures for the governing of the A. They establish qualifications for the election of directors, their number and term of office, their powers and duties, the appointment of officers, when and how meetings are called, quorum requirements, and committees.

The Greenbrook Homes Association is governed by a Board, consisting of nine Directors, elected to three-year terms of office by elections held annually on the first Monday in March. The Board regularly meets on the third Wednesday of each month at the Clubhouse, commencing at 7:00 pm with a resident forum. The meetings are open, and members are invited to attend.  The Board is interested in the upkeep and improvement of Association properties as well as monitoring the development of areas adjacent to Greenbrook, which might affect the quality of Greenbrook living.
