The Greenbrook Homes Association is governed by a Board, consisting of nine Directors, elected to three-year terms of office by elections held annually on the first Monday in March. The Board regularly meets on the third Wednesday of each month at the Clubhouse, commencing at 7:00 pm with a resident forum. The meetings are open, and members are invited to attend. The Board is interested in the upkeep and improvement of Association properties as well as monitoring the development of areas adjacent to Greenbrook, which might affect the quality of Greenbrook living.
